LE 589X LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates TicketTh.is (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your Google profile information if you sign in with Google. If you are invited to a workspace, we collect your email address from the invitation.

Ticket Data

When emails are sent to your connected support address, we process and store the email content, sender information, attachments, and metadata (such as timestamps and email headers) to create and manage support tickets.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage information such as login times, pages visited, and feature usage to improve the Service. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Process and route support tickets
  • Send transactional emails (ticket confirmations, agent notifications)
  • Authenticate your identity
  • Improve the Service and fix bugs
  • Communicate with you about your account

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your ticket data to train machine learning models. We do not serve advertisements.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases hosted in the United States. File attachments are stored in Cloudflare R2 with access controlled by signed URLs. We use HTTPS for all data in transit and encrypt sensitive data at rest.

Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only. We follow industry-standard security practices including regular access reviews and principle of least privilege.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate TicketTh.is:

  • Vercel — Application hosting
  • Cloudflare R2 — File attachment storage
  • SendGrid (Twilio) — Email delivery and inbound email processing
  • Google OAuth — Authentication (optional)
  • PostgreSQL — Database

Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and ticket data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or workspace, we delete all associated data within 30 days. Backups may be retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your ticket data
  • Withdraw consent for optional data processing

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies. The session cookie is httpOnly, secure, and expires when you log out or after 30 days of inactivity.

8. Children's Privacy

TicketTh.is is not intended for use by individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International Data Transfers

If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
